Faith Confessions Against Fear

I will not fret or have any anxiety about anything, but I will pray about everything, with thanksgiving. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard my heart and mind in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7

I sought the Lord, and He answered me; He delivered me from all my fears. Psalm 34:4

God has not given me a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind. 2 Timothy 1:7

I do not fear bad news; I confidently trust the Lord to care for me. I am confident and fearless, and I can face my foes triumphantly. Psalm 112:7-8

The Lord is on my side; I will not fear. Psalm 118:6

I say with confidence, ‘The Lord is my helper; I will not be afraid.’ Hebrews 13:6

I will not be afraid or discouraged, for the Lord will personally go ahead of me. He will be with me; He will neither fail me nor forsake me. Deuteronomy 31:8

With God on my side, I am fearless, and afraid of no one and nothing. Psalm 27:1

The Lord is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? The Lord is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid? Psalm 27:1

God is my refuge and my strength, an ever-present help in trouble. Therefore, I will not fear. Psalm 46:1

The Lord is holding me by the hand, telling me not to fear. Isaiah 41:13

I shall fear not—there is nothing to fear. I will not anxiously look around me, or be dismayed. For the Lord is with me. He will strengthen me and harden me to difficulties. The Lord will help me. He will hold me up and retain me with His victorious right hand of justice. Isaiah 41:10

I will not be seized with alarm and struck with fear. I will keep on believing! Mark 5:36

With His love, the Lord will calm all my fears. Zephaniah 3:17

Because of Christ, and my faith in Him, I can now come fearlessly into His presence, assured of His glad welcome. Ephesians 3:12

Never again will I fear any harm. Zephaniah 3:15

I will not think like everyone else does. I will not be afraid that some plan conceived behind closed doors will be the end of me. I will not fear anything except the Lord Almighty. He alone is the Holy One. Because I fear Him, I need fear nothing else. He will keep me safe. Isaiah 8:11-14

Because I listen to the Lord, I will live in safety and be at ease, without fear of harm. Proverbs 1:33

Even when I’m walking through the darkest valley, I will not be afraid. For the Lord is close beside me, guarding and guiding me all the way. Psalm 23:4

I will not be afraid, for I am deeply loved by God. I shall take heart, and be at peace, and be strong! Daniel 10:19

Jesus has given me His own special peace. I will not let my heart be troubled or afraid. I will stop allowing myself to be agitated and disturbed. I will not permit myself to be fearful, intimidated, cowardly, or unsettled. John 14:27

I have no fear of sudden disaster, or of the ruin that overtakes the wicked. For the Lord will be my confidence, and He will keep my foot from being snared. Proverbs 3:25-26

I did not receive a spirit that makes me a slave to fear, but I received the Spirit of adoption. And by Him, I cry, “Abba, Father!” Romans 8:15

When I lie down, I will not be afraid. When I lie down, my sleep will be sweet. Proverbs 3:24

I will not fear the reproach of men or be terrified by their insults. For the moth will eat them up like a garment; the worm will devour them like wool. But God’s righteousness will last forever, His salvation through all generations. Isaiah 51:7-8
